Lisa Robbins is a Florida native who is enjoying her time in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia! She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in political science.

Lisa came to the Mountain State in 2010 to pursue her dream of being a reporter. She worked at WBOY-TV in Clarksburg, for two years before moving to Charleston. There, she was the Marion and Taylor counties bureau chief. She also gained weather experience and would periodically fill-in for the meteorologists.

This self described "news junkie" loves the rush of breaking news and meeting people from all walks of life! She's a huge fan of social media, trips to the beach, and a great pair of shoes.
