No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

Authorities have found missing Roane County man William Nichols, 77 of Spencer.
He is alive and so is his dog, Sassy.
Nichols was found by the water around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, within a half mile of where authorities launched search boats earlier in the day.
He hadn't been seen since Tuesday.
The search started early Wednesday morning after Nichols car was seen parked outside of Walton PSD. Employees contacted the Roane County Sheriff's Department about the abandoned vehicle.
Local residents could hear activity on the scanner and immediately went to the command center to help.
Family members said Nichols frequents the Walton area to hunt for yellow root. They said this is the first time he has disappeared overnight.
Nichols is being checked out by EMS. Authorities said his dog, Sassy, stayed by his side the entire night.
