Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
John McGlone waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday in Cabell county magistrate court.
Officers say McGlone plead to a bill of information of two felony counts of attempt to commit aggravated assault on a police officer, one felony count of stealing a vehicle, and one felony count of reckless disregard.
His case now goes to the Cabell County Circuit Court.
McGlone is in the Western Regional Jail with a $245,000 bond.
