Coal rally planned in Logan

LOGAN, West Virginia -

There will be a Coal Rally in support of jobs for coal miners as part of the West Virginia Freedom Festival in Logan. 

The Citizens for Coal organization along with the Logan Coal Vendors and the West Virginia Coal Association are inviting all coal miners and their families to join them for a march. 

The march will begin on Middleburg Island and make its way to downtown Logan. 

The event will be held July 7 at 4:00 p.m.
