An Ironton, Ohio, man has been charged with trafficking and possession of heroin.
Wednesday night Troopers with the Ohio Highway Patrol stopped the vehicle driven by Mark Eubanks, 30, of Ironton. When they approached the vehicle troopers observed criminal indicators but would not be more specific.
Troopers seized 15 grams of heroin with a street value of $1,800 and $1,440 in cash.
