Emergency agencies distribute cold drinks in hot weather

Members of the Cabell County EMS, along with the Huntington-Area Food Bank, came together to keep folks cool Thursday.

They handed out bottles of Gatoraide to anyone passing by the corner of Ritter park.

Workers said it is their way of helping the community while working together and improving communication skills in the time of need.

They said they plan to be out again Friday.
