Unmanned boat found on Big Sandy river - WOWK 13 Charleston, Huntington WV News, Weather, Sports

Catlettsburg Police responded to a call of an unmanned boat floating on the Big Sandy river near Kenova.

Police launched a search boat at the Virginia Point Park boat ramp and found the boat.

Kenova police say the boat was registered to a Flatwoods, Kentucky man who said he gave the boat to a family member.

The boat was towed back to Kenova.

Wayne county dispatch said the owner was located and was unharmed.
