A famous fiddler came to the Mountaineer Montessori School in Charleston this afternoon. His performance topped off a week known as "Appalachian Culture Camp."
Director Karen Kelly said she wanted to teach her students all about Appalachian music.
Performer Stan Baumgarder played folk songs for children and relatives, some who even got up to dance. The event was open and free to the public.
