Man survives after car catches on fire on I-64

A man escaped with his life after his car malfunctioned.

He was driving eastbound on I-64 right before the Dunbar exit.

Dunbar Police said they're not sure if the car overheated.

Drivers in traffic could see the smoke rising from the for more than a mile away.

The driver was shaken but not injured.
