HUNTINGTON, West Virginia -
Traffic lights are out at several busy intersections in Cabell County, WV, and Lawrence County, Ohio.
The stop light at the foot off the 17th Street Bridge in Chesapeake is out, causing traffic problems.
Several intersections in Huntington are also dark, including the intersection of 5th Avenue and Hal Greer Boulevard near Marshall University.
Huntington Police Chief Skip Holbrook is encouraging people to drive carefully and to stay off the roads unless travel is necessary.
