Huntington crews clear streets of branches and limbs

HUNTINGTON, West Virginia -

Thousands of branches and limbs from trees fell on area roadways as a result of Friday's storms.

Downtown Huntington got hit especially hard.

City crews worked until 1:30 a.m.  Saturday morning and returned back to the job at 7 a.m. clearing roadways of limbs and debris.  In some parts of the city trees, fell on roadways blocking them from traffic.

Three different crews were on the job Saturday working till all city streets were cleared of the debris.
