Putnam County residents who have spoiled food caused by no power in their homes can take that food to one of two locations Tuesday.
The first location is the courthouse parking lot in Winfield and the other is at the Park ‘n Ride off the Scott Depot exit at the intersection of Teays Valley Road and Route 35.
