The Tenth Avenue Church of God will continue to operate as a cooling station.
According to Pastor Darrell Buttram, Jr., the cooling center will be open daily from 1 a.m. to 8 p.m. through Friday, or until power is restored in Cabell county.
The church is located at 10th Avenue and 23rd Street.
Cold drinks, snacks, and movies will be provided.
People are welcome to rest in the air-conditioned facility free of charge.
