Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
Some area residents, who have been doing not only without power, but also water, got some help Tuesday.
Gallia County, OH has water distribution points set up throughout the county.
One of those locations is the Crown City Volunteer Fire Department in Crown City.
Around 200 families have stopped by this location on Monday and Tuesday.
They were allowed one case of water for every two people.
Residents say they are thankful for the help they are getting.
"It means a lot. It is hot and you need all the liquid you can get. It means a lot to get what you can," said Gallia County resident Tivis Short.
There will be a water distribution point at the Gallia Senior Citizens Center on Ohio 160 on Wednesday.
