Camden Park is celebrating July 4 today with free admission for veterans.

Any veteran who presents a valid I. D. card will get to ride free all day.

Park officials said it's their way of giving back to those who protect our freedom.

The park has 25 rides and a new ride was delivered this week.

The new ride is called "The Rattler" and is a swinging pendulum ride that also spins.

Park workers say there are plenty of cold drinks available and air-conditioned places for people to cool down.

The park features live music entertainment and a fireworks show starting at 10 p.m.
