The Gallipolis State Highway Patrol says they are investigating a two-vehicle crash that left one person flown to a Huntington hospital.
It happened Tuesday night around 9:30 p.m.
Troopers say Carrie Shuler, 26 of Haydenville, Ohio was traveling north on Route 833 when her truck lost control, struck a guardrail, hit a pole and overturned.
It then crossed the center line and hit a vehicle driven by Robert Clark of Syracuse, Ohio, left the road and slammed into a tree.
They say Shuler was flown to Cabell-Huntington Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
Police say they do not know if she was wearing a seat belt.
