Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
The Wayne county Grand Jury has indicted two Dunlow men with robbery and murder charges.
According to the Wayne county Prosecutor's office, Dylan Jarrells, 18 and Willie Copley, 26 both of Dunlow, have been indicted with first degree robbery and murder charges in connection with the death of James Spurlock.
Spurlock was shot and killed after a home invasion in Radnor back in June.
Neighbors say they saw two people with hoods wearing camouflage pull up to Spurlock's trailer on ATV's and go inside.
The suspects fled the scene at a high rate of speed on Route 52.
They say a child later ran outside saying his dad had been shot.
Pre-trial hearings start August 10.
A trial date has been set for September 11 in Wayne county court.
