Torrential rains caused high water in Huntington on Sunday night. Crews closed Fifth Avenue at 20th Street just before 10 p.m.
Police tell 13News, several cars got stuck in water in the area. In a couple of those instances, people had to be rescued out of their cars.
Some of the viaducts in Huntington were also closed due to high water.
