For the third straight year, Bridgemont Community and Technical College says it will keep tuition rates the same.
The college's Board of Governors met recently and voted to keep tuition at the same rates as 2010 and 2011.
"It is so important to keep in-demand technical programming affordable," said Jo Harris, the President, in a press release. "Regional manufacturers and industries are experiencing a difficult time finding highly skilled technical workers to fill a tremendous number of vacancies. Bridgemont is working closely with these industries to provide the education needed to fill the jobs. We need more students to graduate from the programs to meet the workforce needs."
