No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

Sunday night's storms caused several high water spots around Huntington.
Several drivers found themselves stranded in high water.
In a couple cases, they had to be rescued from their car.
First responders recommend that if you are in doubt about whether you should drive through the water, then you shouldn't.
They say not only are you putting yourself in danger, but first responders as well.
Also on a night with a lot of emergency calls like Sunday, you are taking them away from other calls they could go on.
"It is no different than driving through ice or snow. You need to be smart and safe. If you can't get to your destination because of the hazard it is not going to do you any good anyway," said Steve Murray, Cabell Co. EMS Assistant Director.
Murray says that viaducts can be especially dangerous.
He says there is usually more water in them than drivers realize.
Murray says manhole cover in the viaduct comes off, the manhole can act as a siphon and the person can get stuck in the siphon.
