Boone Memorial Hospital, Inc. is partnering with the Fountain of Life Worship Center for the annual "Back to School Bash" later in July.
Services are free of charge that day other than a few minimal costs for some of the medical tests and screenings. The church will provide free food, inflatables for the kids, musical entertainment throughout the day among other family fun events.
Sports physicals will also be available for athletes at the event for $10.
The event is scheduled for Saturday July 28 from 11a.m.-2p.m. at the Fountain of Life Worship Center at Rock Creek in Boone county.
