A man who has been recognized by Marshall University for his contributions has died.
Joseph Hunnicutt passed away on July 2at the age of 76 in Bluefield, VA.
Hunnicutt played basketball at Marshall in the 1950s but he is best known for helping to found the Society of Yeager Scholars at Marshall University in 1985.
