No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

For those of who still don't have power, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
An Appalachian Power spokesman says they hope to have power restored to about 95 percent of its customers by the end of Monday night.
"Most places we're going to have things either wrapped up or very close to it by late tonight and in those areas where we still have some trouble, Raleigh and Fayette Counties and parts of Kanawha County. We expect to have the entire restoration effort wrapped up by tomorrow," said Phil Moye, spokesman for Appalachian Power.
Moye says if you still don't have power, but your neighbor does, call and report your outage again to the power company to make sure it's in the system.
If you do have power, you're asked to turn your porch light on so crews know who still needs help.
