The West Virginia State Police arrested a former HIMG nurse on charges of receiving prescriptions fraudulently.
According to court documents, police arrest Christy Rose, 33, of Huntington, who previously worked at HIMG for seven years as a nurse. Police said Rose had been getting prescriptions for hydrocodone and alprazalam in her and her sons' names.
Rose told officers that she received the prescriptions because she was addicted.
