A former Marshall University football player is giving back to the community.
Delvin Johnson stopped by the Huntington HIT Center Tuesday evening.
He talked to the kids about the importance of being active and staying shape.
Johnson who is currently a rookie with the Washington Redskins, also talked to them about following their dreams and having goals.
"I am trying to be more active in the community. When I was their age, I didn't have anyone to look up to or get help from so I am trying to be that to these kids," said Johnson.
Johnson also signed autographs for the kids following his talk.
