An Indiana man
has been accused of tricking 10 teenagers in nine states, including West
Virginia, into performing sex acts online, according
to federal prosecutors.
Richard Finkbiner, 39, is accused of secretly recording the
acts and using them to coerce the teens into making more sexually explicit
videos, prosecutors said.
Finkbiner has been charged with child sexual exploitation,
extortion and possession of child pornography, according to prosecutors.
Prosecutors said they plan to seek an effective life
sentence in the case.
Finkbiner is accused of tricking nine boys and one girl into
performing sex acts online by feeding recorded pornographic images through his
computer, making them
believe they were live images of him, prosecutors said.
Finkbiner also is charged with threatening to post partially
nude images of two teenage girls online.
