No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million
Two Charleston law firms have filed a lawsuit on behalf of the students of Mountain State University against the school's former president, Charles H. Polk, and its board of trustees.
Webb Law Firm, PLLC, and Di Trapano, Barrett & DiPiero, PLLC, filed the suit.
According to a press release from Webb Law Firm: "the suit seeks compensatory and punitive damages for misrepresentation, loss of its accreditation, consumer protection statuses, negligence, breach of contract, and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing."
