ST. ALBANS, West Virginia -

After the recent tough times many residents living in the Mountain State have experienced with storms and power outages, everyone could use a laugh.

The local improvisational comedy troupe the No Pants Players will be providing just that this weekend.

They are also raising money for a homeless shelter in St.Albans.

After their expenses, all money raised will be donated to the Jericho House.

The Jericho House doesn't get any government funding and operate solely on donations.

"It is easy to forget what kind of needs really exist and just how real they are," said No Pants Players performer Jason Dunbar. "Definitely after hearing some of the stories of the folks that are staying here, I couldn't be happier to help. It is an honor to us to be able to help out."

The show is this Saturday July 14 at 7 p.m. at the Alban Theater in St.Albans.

They are also collecting non perishable food items, toiletries and clothing for residents staying at the Jericho House.
