No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

CHARLESTON, West Virginia -
Democratic Senators Jay Rockefeller and Joe Manchin released statements Monday afternoon publicly supporting the DISCLOSE Act.
Authors of the Democracy is Strengthened by Casting Light on Spending in Elections (DISCLOSE) Act argue it will inform the public on election financing.
"Americans want to have more faith in the political system, but allowing special interest money and corporate contributors to secretly pay for political campaigns undermines that goal," said Sen. Rockefeller in a statement. "It's the people, not special interests, who should determine the right direction for our country."
The DISCLOSE Act would ask for more detailed political spending information than currently required.
