Charleston city council members are looking at storm costs. State officials have asked counties and cities to come up with estimates.
Charleston also opened a number of cooling station, and had city crews out, getting paid overtime, during the storms.
As of Friday, the estimated cost was $250,000, but that number is expected to go up. Officials say it is going to take several more weeks to complete the cleanup.
