Colonel Bill Williams Heritage Music Festival, August 17- 18.
The festival begins at 7 p.m. with a look at a material from a documentary about Colonel Bill Williams. Williams was an African-American guitarist from Greenup County who had an impact on blues music history. The festival will honor his memory and the music he made.
On August 18 from 2- 4 p.m. during the festival, there will be a blues jam at the campground that will feature
