Scioto County accident causes 2 people to be airlifted

A Tuesday afternoon accident in Scioto County causes two people to be airlifted from the crash scene.

The single-vehicle accident happened around 2:30pm on Ohio 348, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The road had to be closed while the crash scene was cleaned up.

The accident is under investigation.
