No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million
Huntington Police arrested Justin Paul Stahl, 19, of Huntington and charged him with the home invasion of an 80-year-old woman in 2011.
According to court documents, Stahl allegedly broke into the elderly woman's house with another man, and held her face down, which partially suffocated her. The woman required oxygen because of health issues and suffered severe bruising. The two men then allegedly robbed her.
Justin Stahl is being charged with robbery in the first degree, burglary, conspiracy to commit robbery and assault.
In a separate incident, Stahl allegedly stole a cell phone from a manager at a restaurant that was interviewing him for a job and is additionally charged with petit larceny.
