Lincoln County Commissioner Thomas Ramey Jr. is set to plead guilty to charges that he lied to investigators in February.
In court papers filed Tuesday, Assistant U.S. attorney Thomas Ryan asked for a date, time and location to be set for a guilty plea hearing.
Ramey remains on the Lincoln County Commission, however it is unclear if he will remain a member after Thursdays' regularly scheduled meeting.
Ramey is not expected to be at the meeting in person.
