According to the West Virginia Division of Highways, County Road 13 at John's Creek in cabell county will be closed Thursday, July 19 for pipe installation.
The road will be closed from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The closure is four and a half miles from the junction of U.S. 60 near the intersection of John's Creek Road and county Road 13/1 Bedford Chapel Road.
