Accused Lincoln commissioner unseen; will remain on county payroll unless he resigns

Those attending the Lincoln County Commission meeting say they haven't heard from Thomas Ramey Jr.

Ramey, who occupies a seat on the commission, agreed earlier this week to plead guilty to charges that he lied to federal investigators in February.

Commissioners say Ramey will remain on the county payroll unless he resigns.
