No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

At Thursday's Lincoln County Commission meeting, Thomas Ramey was absent.
The 32 year old commissioner was charged this week with lying to FBI investigators about his role in the 2010 primary election fraud case.
According to the meetings' posted agenda, Ramey was scheduled to attend via telephone. Ramey is on vacation has been on vacation all week at an unidentified location, according to county officials.
County Commissioner Charles Vance said the county will not take any action against Ramey until he pleads guilty or is convicted.
"Mr. Ramey will do what is right," said Vance.
Some in the audience asked for more to be done.
Lisa Ramey, no relation to Thomas, asked the county to force him from the commission.
"It seems like voter laws are not enforced, especially in this county," said Lisa Ramey.
A guilty plea hearing has been requested in Ramey's case. It has not been scheduled yet.
