Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin ordered all state flags to be lowered at state buildings to honor the victims of the fatal movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colo., according to the Associated Press.
Tomblin issued the order on Friday after the shooting that occurred during a midnight showing of the latest Batman film.
Tomblin's office told the AP that the flags will remain at half-staff until Wednesday at sunset.
