No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

State Police officials say the shooting victim, Craig Michael Keith, may have wanted to die after his car was stopped by spike strips early Friday morning along Interstate 77.
Keith had a criminal history, including 2008 charges in Blair County, Pennsylvania of resisting arrest, aggravated assault, and driving under the influence.
State Police officials allege this could have been a catalyst for Keith to run from police and ultimately to the shooting.
"Because of his actions, he was shot and pronounced dead," said State Police Sgt. Michael Baylous. "This suspect showed that he didn't want to stop for law enforcement. He tried to ram cruisers. He was driving aggressively."
Baylous estimated top speeds in the chase reached 90 miles an hour.
Several agencies responded, but no one would say which agency shot and killed Keith.
The case remains under investigation by the State Police.
