No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million
Lawrence County Sheriff Garrett Roberts tells 13News that the body of a man who drowned Sunday at Yatesville Lake has been recovered.
Roberts says the body of Shawn Blackwell, 25, of Matewan, W. Va. was located around 3 p.m. Monday.
Roberts says Blackwell was swimming with several friends when he went under and never came back up.
It happened around 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the Boones Landing area.
Crews searched until around 10 p.m. Sunday and then resumed the search at 8 a.m. Monday.
Roberts said Blackwell was located using radar and a K-9 unit.
