Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
Members of Huntington City Council approved resolutions Monday that helps the Fire and Police departments.
Council agreed to replace the roof on Centennial Fire Station at a cost of over $52,000.
They also voted for a new 25-foot boat for the Huntington Police Department.
The boat will serve as a patrol and response vessel with a walk-around cabin and trailer.
