Kentucky man faces multiple charges

A Kentucky man is facing multiple charges, including a felony, after an arrest Monday night.

Kentucky State Police say that Brian D. Kidd, 39, of Sandy Hook, Ky., was pulled over at 11:01 p.m. Monday by Trooper Thurman Paige.

According to a press release, Kidd is charged with the following:

 

  • Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc. .08, 3rd Offense (Aggravated Circumstances)
  • Reckless Driving, Driving on D.U.I. Suspended License, 3rd Offense (Aggravated Circumstances)
  • Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree (On Foot)
  • Resisting Arrest
  • Failure to Wear Seat Belt
  • Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
  • Failure of  Non-Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance, 1st Offense.
Kidd is being held at the Rowan County Detention Center. The matter is still under investigation.
