No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

Nathaniel Handloser was youth leader at the Hillcrest-Bruce Mission in Ashland. According to investigators, he apparently developed a relationship with a 16-year old member of his youth group. Then last weekend they say the two had inappropriate sexual contact.
"There was sexual contact that occurred. There was sexual intercourse between the two individuals," said TFC Michael Murriell of the Kentucky State Police.
Hillcrest-Bruce Mission is a ministry of the Kentucky United Methodist Church. Executive Director Randy Loschert would only say Handloser no longer works for the mission and that they are cooperating with the investigation as residents in the apartment complexes the mission serves come to grips with the arrest.
"I don't believe it. It just didn't seem like him. He didn't act like he would be the one to do that kind of stuff," said Steve Wirzfeld, a former member of Handloser's youth group.
"It's very scary. It's scary to know there are creeps like that. It's just crazy," said Cora Maynard, a resident of Hillcrest Apartment.
At this point investigators know of only one inappropriate encounter between the two.
"I think it's hard for people to wrap their minds around somebody in that kind of position being involved in something that would come to this point," said Murriell.
The investigation is continuing. Handloser is currently free on bond.
