West Virginia to begin new round of drug testing for jobs

State leaders are now conducting drug testing for all applicants who apply for job training funded by the U.S. Workforce Investment Act or through emergency grants.

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin ordered the testing in April, after employees complained they couldn't find enough drug free workers.

The testing is being conducted by an outside agency, and can detect 10 different drugs, including marijuana and meth.
