No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

A woman accused of killing her husband at Charleston Area Medical Center was back in court on Tuesday.
Rhonda Stewart is being re-tried in the 2009 murder case. Police said she shot her husband while he was in the CAMC emergency room.
She was convicted once, but the Supreme Court overturned that conviction and said that the jury did not hear testimony that she was abused.
Her defense attorney said that Stewart suffered decades of physical and emotional abuse at the hands of her late-husband.
At the hearing, the state and defense argued over whether or not some mental health experts should be allowed to testify at her new trial.
Both sides also discussed Stewart's mental health records from before and after the shooting and whether or not some of the records can be admitted in the new trial.
Judge Tod Kaufman did not rule on any of the motions heard on Tuesday.
