The Kanawha County Public Library is extending the "Reading is a Blast" Summer Library Club.
The extension comes after widespread power outages in the area since the end of June.
Participants have an additional week to record their game sheets online or turn them in at their local branch library.
The deadline is now 5 p.m. July 28. The Nitro Public Library branch has moved the deadline to July 27.
