Final motions were filed in the 2003 sniper trial against Shawn Lester.
Attorney George Castelle questioned the testimony of now retired State Police forensic firearms specialist Roger Reed.
He inspected the bullets from the three sniper victims in 2003. His conclusion were that the bullets came from the same gun.
Attorneys also were shown the courtroom that the trial will be held in. It will be held in the Kanawha County Courthouse, instead of the Judicial Annex building, where trials are usually held.
