For those who love the great outdoors, there is a new place to celebrate.

The new Cabela's is set to open on Corridor G in Kanawha County. The store is located beside Home Depot and offers all kinds of merchandise for hunting, fishing, camping and boating enthusiasts.

This is the second Cabela's in West Virginia. But managers have said that the new location is drastically different from the one in Wheeling, because it includes a section dedicated just to ATVs and accessories.

Company leaders said Tuesday that they're committed to making the buying experience fun. "And the atmosphere outside is going to be like a carnival. We will have a lot of stuff going on, with some demos of fly fishing. I believe we have a NASCAR simulator planned, so there will be a lot of things going on, a lot of fun activities," said general manager, Matt Leary.

The officials grand opening for the Cabela's along Corridor G is set for 11 a.m. Aug. 9.
