South Charleston Police have confirmed that Jeremy Elswick is wanted for questioning and is considered a person of interest.
The active warrant for Elswick's arrest is for vehicle theft, according to the South Charleston Police Department.

Police are still looking for the suspect, and believe they know who he is, according to emergency dispatchers. The suspect might have an active felony warrant out for his arrest.
The suspect may have an handgun, according to dispatchers.

A man is running from police after an early morning robbery at a gas station.
Police in South Charleston are looking for a man accused of robbing the 7-Eleven gas station on Childres Road off Jefferson Road in South Charleston just after 2 a.m. Wednesday. Dispatchers say he suspect ran off toward Corridor G.
Dispatchers describe the suspect as a white man in his mid 40s with a bald or a shaved head and a tattoo on the left side of his neck. Dispatchers say he had a light green button-up shirt and blue jeans on at the time of the robbery.
Nitro police are sending police dogs to help with the search.
