The northbound lane of I-77 near the Mahan area of Fayette County is shut down due to a tractor trailer accident. The accident is within a couple miles of the Kanawha County line.

District Nine's Planning and Engineering department are working with the Gallia County Engineer's Office to get public input on bridge projects.
Some area's affected are a proposed bridge replacement on Township Road 7666 over Sand Fork in Walnut Township, a proposed bridge replacement over Symmes Creek on Township Road 752, and a bridge replacement over Robinson Run on County Road 121 in Morgan Township.
